At the surface level, a high-pressure system is positioned over the northern part of the Korean Peninsula.
With high pressure dominating both the upper and surface levels across the region — and no humid zones observed around Seoul — we can expect clear skies today. In the afternoon weather chart, a low-pressure system bringing in cold air from the northwest is seen moving closer toward the Korean Peninsula.
